Why Private Yoga?

Private yoga sessions are great for those wanting individualized yoga instruction for a variety of reasons:

  • Those who are new to yoga may find it helpful to begin their yoga practice with some private sessions to learn the foundations before attending a group class.
  • Students who are not comfortable in a group class environment for a variety of reasons.
  • Folks who are recovering from an injury and need a more tailored approach from a yoga teacher with a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
  • People who travel for work or have a very demanding work schedule and cannot attend regular class times.
  • Those who want to work on building strength, mobility and stability, but prefer a yoga studio space to a gym (I also have a personal training background).
  • Small groups who prefer to practice yoga with friends/family/coworkers who are in their bubble to reduce exposure.

Why Personal Training?

Personal training is a customized strength, mobility and/or cardio program with a qualified personal trainer. Sandi has been a personal trainer for 15 years and can offer individualized instruction on building strength, stability, balance, mobility and cardio using a variety of methods and equipment including weights, bands, barbells, kettle bells, Bosu and stability balls, TRX’s and more.

  • Great for all the same reasons listed above under Private Yoga plus:
  • One-on-one is ideal for building strength progressively over time, as we choose weights and exercises specific to your needs and personal goals.
  • Learn how to execute movements properly for your body.
  • Workout in a calm, distraction-free environment with privacy.

Private Yoga & Personal Training Pricing:

Initial Consultation & Session (60 minute session) $100

All private yoga students must complete an initial consultation, at which time we take a comprehensive look at your personal goals, habits, history and alignment. From this consultation, we’ll create a customized plan for future sessions.

1 hour sessions:

1 Session $100

5 Session Package $90 each (save $50)

10 Session Package $80 each (save $200)

45 minute sessions:

5 Session Package $75 each

10 Session Package $65 each

30 minute sessions:

5 Session Package $55

10 Session Package $50

TRX Sessions (45 minutes):

1 TRX Session $110

5 TRX Session Package $100 each

10 TRX Session Package $90 each

Additional Details:

  • Pricing is based on one student. For semi-private or small group (5 or less), please request pricing.
  • Packages require pre-payment in full and is based on one session per week in-studio. For off-site sessions, there is an additional travel expense.
  • HST is extra on above prices.
