Team Yoga, Dryland or TRX training is a great way to cross-train for your sport, whether you are looking to improve strength, core stability, mobility/flexibility, balance, breathing and mindfulness, or simply wish to build camaraderie among your staff, players, or coaching staff. We tailor these sessions to your group’s needs.
Who is Team Yoga/Dryland/TRX for?
- Off-ice/field/court dryland training for your sport
- Corporate team-building events and parties
- Special events such as bridal showers/wedding events, family functions, birthday parties, etc..
- Larger groups of friends/family/coworkers who wish to practice yoga together (6-15 people). For less than 6 people, please see private or semi-private yoga. For more than 15 people there is an extra fee per person (see pricing below).
Available Class Types:
- Dryland Training: Strength, Core & Cardio workout (with dumbbells, resistance bands, etc)
- Yoga: Yoga Flow; Power Yoga; Core Yoga; Stretch & Mobility; Mindful Movement; Restorative or Yin Yoga
- TRX*: Strength, Core & Cardio workout
Team Yoga, Dryland, and TRX* Pricing:
- 1 Class $200 + HST
- 5 Class Package $175 per class + HST
- 10 Class Package $150 per class + HST
- Pricing based on a maximum of 15 participants – over 15 people there is a surcharge of $8/person/class
- TRX Class* additional $25 on above pricing per class (maximum 15)
Additional Details for Team Yoga:
- Pre-payment in full is required upon booking.
- We accept e-transfer or cheque only for Team Yoga.
- Classes are one hour in duration (TRX classes are 45 minutes)
- Package pricing (5 or 10 classes) is based on one class per week at an agreed-upon day/time.
- Based on in-studio classes. Additional travel expense for off-site sessions.
